Anyone can copy a product. Nobody can copy a person, a story, or a community. This worksheet is about finding the parts of your business that a copycat could never actually take, no matter how closely they try to replicate what you sell.

You start by naming your unfair advantages, the things someone starting from scratch could never just duplicate. Your story and origin, what happened that led you here that nobody else can claim. Your specific mix of skills and background. Your taste and aesthetic, the point of view that feels genuinely yours. Your process, the particular way you make or deliver things.

Then you run a scenario: a copycat launches tomorrow selling something similar. What could they copy about your product design, your pricing, your photos and branding, and what could they never touch no matter how hard they tried. It ends with building the moat, naming the one thing about you that would make a copycat give up trying, and picking one thing you could do this month to make your business even harder to replicate.
