The Comparison Detox

If you’ve ever opened your phone to check one thing and ended up in a spiral about someone else’s launch, this is for you.

Comparison lies. You’re not really comparing your business to theirs, you’re comparing your rough draft to their highlight reel. Your week one to their year five. It never feels that way in the moment, it just feels true.

This worksheet makes you get specific about who and what sets it off, so you can actually look at it instead of just feeling it. Write down the people or accounts that trigger it, what you tell yourself when you see their stuff, and what’s probably actually going on behind it. Then flip it around: what does this feeling tell you about what you actually want? What have you built in the last six months that you haven’t given yourself credit for?

It ends with a small, practical step: a few accounts to mute this week, a few to keep because they make you want to work instead of hide.
